After many a long-winded written piece, Uncle Albert thought it was about time to give you lot some music! Stepping up to the plate to bring you the first ever 'Uncle Albert Mix' are Doncaster's 'Mistamen', a three-man deejay/producer collective (Kid Kosy, Mella Dee and Woozee) who've recently signed to Greenmoney Recordings. Starting out back in 2006, the trio have gone on to gradually fashion their own unique sound; an upfront, melodic blend of house and garage - the type that'll even get your mum dancing. Recent releases have gained support and a good deal of praise from the likes of Sinden, Tomb Crew, Zinc, Seb Chew and of course Greenmoney.

I'll be grabbing a quick word with Mella Dee in the not too distant future as part of the 'In Leeds We Trust' feature alongside fellow deejays Jangle and Jera, who collectively run 'Tropical', one of Leeds' biggest independent UK bass nights. Should you be in Leeds, make sure you head over to celebrate Tropical's first birthday on Friday, March 11th at Wire.

Heavyweight line-up as follows:

Pangaea (Hessle Audio/Hotflush)
Boddika (Instra:Mental/Swamp81/Naked Lunch)
T. Williams (Deep Teknologi/PTN/Local Action/Enchufada)
Krystal Klear (Hoya:Hoya/All City/Dub Organizer)
Dub Boy (Steakhouse/Idle Hands/Rukkneck Diskotek)

Plus support from:

( More info via the 'Tropical' on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=322863700044&ref=ts )
